WBER RADIO

WBER Radio is an online-only college radio station featuring original programming from students, faculty, staff, and members of the Berea community. In addition to an ecclectic mix of music, we offer talk shows on topics ranging from sports to politics to sex.

Our mission is to provide entertaining and informative content in an inclusive educational environment. We strive to bring you stuff you can't hear anywhere else, giving anyone who wants one a chance to share their thoughts and their passion. Aligned with the Berea College motto, "God has made of one blood all the peoples of the Earth," we welcome all opinions, styles, and types of music.

Affiliated with courses in the Communication program in Radio and Broadcast Journalism, students have the opportunity to learn how to host a radio program, improve their journalistic skills with interviews and news, and get a basic grasp of the day-to-day operations of a radio station.

Check out our schedule here and have a listen by clicking the microphone in the upper right. Got something you think we should play, a topic we should cover, or a show you'd like to host? Let us know here.
